Unless we agree otherwise with you, all fees and charges are payable in advance and are not refundable (except in the case of services not being delivered to you or to the extent required by applicable law). Consultations and Free Call-Backs

Client Responsibilities

Limitation of Liability: (1) IN NO EVENT WILL WE (AND/OR OUR PARENT OR AFFILIATE COMPANIES) BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING LOSS OF REVENUE, PROFITS OR GOODWILL), REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WE COULD HAVE FORESEEN SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGE IN ADVANCE; (2) NOTWITHSTANDING THE AMOUNT OR NATURE OF ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT, THE COLLECTIVE LIABILITY OF US (AND/OR OUR PARENT AND AFFILIATE COMPANIES) IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT WILL NOT EXCEED ONE THOUSAND (USD$1,000.00); AND (3) THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION 9 FAIRLY ALLOCATE THE RISKS BETWEEN YOU ON THE ONE HAND AND US ON THE OTHER AND WILL APPLY IRRESPECTIVE OF CAUSE OR ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Columbus, Ohio for the resolution of all disputes arising under these Terms.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Site or Services will first be settled amicably through negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be settled amicably within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration in Columbus, Ohio in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrators’ award will be final and binding on the parties. Parties shall bear their own costs in any arbitration proceeding.

Force Majeure

G&G Legal Index LLP will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including such circumstances as acts of God, war, strikes, labour disputes, government orders, epidemics, pandemics, technical failures, or interruption to the services of Internet or other utility providers.

No Legal Advice or Attorney-Client Relationship

We get charred for our previous statements but how can anyone reasonably accept it that courts who believe the consumer-Payor has disproportionate leverage over banks decide to disregard bank-exlum =pt terms? We get no explanation whatsoever why Courts feel that payors are use time-share-owners – who willfully caused significant levels of private harm to strengthen the News Corp media-promotion of the Tea Party – are given the benefit of haven stolen access fees. Do I care if people find my blog rude? ‘Hell No…’ for those who think I only make a big deal about obscure clauses in the fine print are overlooking the forest for only one tree. These banks are collectively bilking $bns from consumers with crafty administration of T&Cs.
